Here at Trads, we have been thinking outside the box when it comes to decorating Carron’s superb range of classic and contemporary cast iron radiators, and have been hard at work to develop and expand the range and choice that is available.

At last count we had over 4,000 colours in our colour bank! We even offer a free colour matching service so simply tell us your choice of colour.

As well as constantly increasing the amount of paint colours on offer, we have been working on some new specialised metallic finishes and even iridescent or polychromatic finishes. We can also offer the highly sought after ’Antiqued’ option.

We hand assemble, rigorously test each radiators for a period exceeding 24 hours, and hand paint every radiator, deploying a unique ‘double painted method’ to ensure the highest quality of finish is attained.

Never fear, the Trads team can produce some specialised finishes fit for even the most discerning palette!

Along with our much sought after Hand Burnished finish, we have been working on some new specialised metallic, iridescent and polychromatic finishes that really sparkle and catch the light in a most playful way.

The dedicated techniques Trads’ craftsmen use can beautifully highlight the intricate casting details and patterns or can be used to create a focal point of a room/space.

In order to maintain their wonderful looks and effect, we use high quality lacquers and protectants, ensuring your radiators are looking their best year after year.

Choosing Radiators’ Wall Stays

In addition to supplying sections that have legs cast with them, we can offer additional ways to support your Trads cast iron radiator/s - using Wall Stays.

These are used as additional means of support, by firmly attaching your radiator to a solid wall.

Wall stays help prevent any accidental damage to your wall, radiators and pipework by simply securing the radiators from movement, being knocked or nudged out of line. 

As with our radiators, we have finishes available that mean we can provide the ideal fit for your choice of décor and/or to match the style of your radiator/s. Choose from finishes including steel, chrome or brass.
